Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves in making your day of fun as easy and stress-free as possible. We will make arrangements to deliver and set up prior to your event. After the event we will arrange to clean-up. No worries for you!
What do I need to set up?
All you need is a standard 110VAC outlet located within 50 feet of the inflatable (a typical household outlet is sufficient). For outdoor events where an electrical hookup is not available, AIRWALKS can provide a generator for an additional fee.
Do you require a deposit and what’s your payment policy?
We do not require a deposit.
What are the cancellation policies?
AIRWALKS reserves the right, for safety reasons, to cancel in the event of adverse weather conditions (rain or wind exceeding 15mphs). Again, as stated above, we understand last minute things come up and cancellations are a fact of life. You can cancel at any time for no charge, but we do appreciate you letting us know as soon as you know if you must cancel.
Are your moonwalks safe?
Absolutely! We have researched numerous manufacturers in the business and bought the best quality and safest equipment. Moonwalks are soft cushions of air surrounded by safety netting which provides easy access for adult supervision. And, of course, an adult must be supervising at all times as outlined in our “Rental Agreement.”
Is “AIRWALKS” insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and all of our equipment is registered with the State of New Jersey. Make sure you ask all prospective companies if they are insured and registered.
How many children can be inside the bouncer at one time?
As a general rule, for children:
- Under 8 years of age, up to 10 to 12 children at one time.
- Ages 8-12, 5-7 children at one time.
- And/Or a maximum weight of 800 lbs.
Children should all be close in age and size if bouncing together. And again, adult supervision is required at all times.
What area does "AIRWALKS” serve?
We serve all of Bergen county. We will sometimes go further for an additional delivery charge. Please call us for details!
